Mariposa Luxury Senior Apartments

Menifee, California

This luxury senior apartment project was started by a prior development company in 2002. Americana took over the project in 2017 with a mission to completely redesign the project, bring the design to current standards, increase the quality to become the highest luxury apartment in the region and complete the entitlements.

Emerald River Resort

Laughlin, Nevada

The partially completed structure, reportedly with a $25 million design/build cost, has weathered the past decade very well. Now, after favorable engineering tests and County inspector visits, it stands structurally sound and ready to take on its place on the Colorado River and be one of the most modern and majestic resorts.

Sedona Resort Developments

Sedona, Arizona

The Sedona development effort consists of two primary projects. Ron Badraun and Dan Carter were engaged to provide development activities including design, entitlements, and eventually construction activities. These projects are in Sedona, AZ, one of the most challenging zoning areas in the country.

Copper Ridge Senior Living

Fountain Hills, Arizona

This mixed-use facility includes a Continuing Care Retirement Community providing 144 units of Independent Living, 80 units of Assisted Living and 32 Rehabilitation rooms, along with 38,000 sf of retail space. It is located in Fountain Hills, Arizona, within the Scottsdale market area. It has direct views of the the lake with the largest civic fountain in the western US.
